On Saturday, Borussia Dortmund played host to VfL Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga. The match was a dominant display from the German giants as they dominated the game from start to finish. The first half saw Dortmund take control of the match, with their attacking trio of Jadon Sancho, Erling Haaland and Christian Pulisic causing problems for the Wolfsburg defence. The trio combined well on several occasions, with Haaland scoring a goal and Pulisic providing assists for two more goals. In the second half, Dortmund's dominance continued, with Adeyemi and Brandt combining well to score another goal for the team. The duo provided much-needed support to Haaland and Sancho, who were both in excellent form throughout the match. Overall, it was a dominant performance from Dortmund, who showed why they are one of the top teams in Germany. Their attacking trio of Haaland, Sancho and Pulisic were exceptional on the day, while Adeyemi and Brandt added further depth to the attack. It will be interesting to see how Dortmund perform against other teams in the league now that they have shown such strength at home.
