Title: Girona's Dovbyk Suffering from an Injured Ankle, Expected to Be Sidelined for Three Rounds.

Girona, Spain - The Catalan football club, FC Girona, has announced the suspension of midfielder Luis Dovbyk due to an injured ankle sustained in training on Saturday morning.

The injury is expected to keep Dovbyk out for three rounds, which will be crucial as he was one of the key performers in the team's recent win against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.

Dovbyk joined FC Girona in January 2019 and made his debut in the league with the club. He had previously played for Spanish clubs Real Betis and Valencia CF before joining FC Girona in 2018.

He was initially diagnosed with a sprained ankle during training but later received medical clearance to play in the match against Real Madrid. However, the injury did not improve and he was sent off in the second half of the game.

FC Girona's manager, Juan Antonio Pellegrini, said that the player would need time to recover fully and that it would be "very important" for him to undergo further tests before making a final decision on whether he should return to the pitch or not.

"We want to give him all the support possible," Pellegrini added. "We have to wait for his results, but we're very confident that he'll be back by the end of this season."

It remains to be seen how Dovbyk's recovery will impact FC Girona's squad going forward, but it is clear that they will miss him at least until the end of the season.
